Our turnaround time on ENGEL spares is a short 48 hours or less. Our turnaround time on other parts will depend on their availability at the partnered brand. Ionian prides itself on ensuring minimum downtime. We go to every length to get spares to our customers in the quickest possible time frame.
Products and spares from our plastic production suppliers come with limited warranties. We install and support all of our components while under warranty.

Ionian Chemicals includes staff training in our sales orders. This training is provided once the machine is installed. If you require refresher training or hire new staff that need to be trained you are welcome to contact us, and we will provide further training as necessary.
